Algarve 41 Club

The Algarve 41 Club is an association of ex members of Round Table, which are themselves part of an International Group of non profit making clubs made up of local business and professional men who gather as like minded persons for social purposes. The support of local charitable causes is a very important part of their activities. Each Club will hold fundraising events!

Members originally were forced to retire from Round Table at the age of 40 (now 45) and hence the formation of 41 Club.

The membership of 41 Club is now open to any like minded man of any nationality or age and we are keen to recruit any ex round table or like minded person who may be introduced by a member. At all our meetings we are or may be accompanied by wives or partners. We feel there may well be a reasonable number of potential candidates at any one time in the Algarve.

We meet on the 1^st and 3^rd Tuesday of each month with an AGM week of activities in May. The first Tuesday is a lunch get-together with business meeting followed by lunch at restaurant O Farol at Rocha Brava near Carvoeiro. The third Tuesday is devoted to a Social get-together usually a dinner  sometimes preceded by a get-together for Ten Pin Bowling, Mini Golf or similar. For these social events we use restaurants anywhere in the Algarve but mainly between Albufeira and Vila do Bispo.

It must be made clear that the Algarve 41 Club is not in itself a Charity, however all of our funds raised are given to charitable causes.
