Exclusively for Empowered Ageing clients, we’re coming together to celebrate movement, vitality, and community through the Animal Flow program.

We’ll perform choreographed flows — from beginner to advanced — inspired by the work we’ve been doing in our sessions. This joyful event is a chance to share, play, and inspire not only each other, but also our families, friends, and a wider global audience.

After the workshop, we’ll enjoy a relaxed community drink/meal nearby.
