AGM 2026

The 38. Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 21. of March 2026. Members can download the AGM paperwork and voting forms will be available below or by request from the office. Postal votes and proxy nominations are to be received in the afpop office by the last postal delivery on Thursday 19. of March 2026.
The AGM will be held at the Hotel Jardim do Vau in Portimão. Registration will open at 09.30h and the meeting is scheduled to commence at 10.00h. If less than 50% of the Membership is present at that time, the meeting will be adjourned for 30 minutes and will reconvene with the Members present. (afpop Statutes Chapter IV, section II, article 24 refers)
Please note: Only Members in good standing, whose Memberships are up to date, are entitled to attend the AGM, receive AGM paperwork and vote on matters raised.
