We will also outline the cornerstones of healthy ageing, emphasizing that it is possible to maintain a sharp mind at any age. 

• Why Breathing Matters - Simple Physiotherapy estrategies for brain and body health - by Tânia Camilo, Physiotherapy specialised in Women's Health and Pediatrics

  Did you know that the way we breathe can influence our balance, sleep, stress levels, posture and even pelvic health? In this interactive session, we will share simple and practical breathing strategies to support healthier ageing and improve everyday wellbeing.

• The Role of Movement in Preventing Falls and Injuries - by Arlindo Martins, Mentor & Holistic Trainer

• Nutrition, Longevity & Mediterranean Living - by Adriana Sales, Nutritionist

• Delivery of 3 cognitive stimulation activities for the audience - by MF, Alzheimer's Association

  Participants will have the opportunity to experience cognitive training exercises.
